About Innovation Properties Careers
Before we started Innovation Properties, we were a small team doing about 75 deals a year. Time after time we hear agents talk about wanting more business. Either to expand a team, gain more capital, or just to get more busy. The problem that we found is that most brokerages or real estate teams that offer lead programs for their real estate agents, either trap you in insanely high splits…force you to meet sales thresholds…or overall give you “low quality” leads.
